Our goal with the ITBA is to develop an organization that works for its members.

As part of that process we’re very interested in what our prospective members want. We’ve found that trying to capture this information in a form or questionnaire just isn’t flexible enough to capture the rich variety of interests and needs that exist across the full spectrum of taekwondo practitioners.

Instead, we’ve found success in having personal conversations. In 2025, we’ve been travelling across the world to have conversations with Taekwondo leaders. As each of these discussions unfolds, we’ve been incorporating our learnings into the way we operate.
